adidas Mens' Adissage Slide Sandal

I love Adidas and have worn them most of my life. This is the 3rd pair of Adissage I've purchased over 25 years; and the first I've been disappointed with. The quality has diminished greatly. What used to be rubber and leather is now injected "cloud foam" - whatever that is. And the 'nubs' used to be 1/2 - 3/4" tall; now maybe 1/4' at most. My first pair lasted 8 years (moderate use). Second pair, 7 years (heavy use). These might not make a week. Yes, they are that inferior. Very disappointed in Adidas for the update to these slides. If I hadn't just tossed my last pair, I'd post comparison pics. Alas, I wasn't expecting to be let down.

They changed the quality and made the sandal look longer.The sharp picks burry into your skin and are not as flexible as the previous model . My feet really hurt bad. It feels like I am being stabbed with a thousand needles at once. My skin is about to break and I am pretty sure I will start bleeding any time now . Even wearing thick adidas crew socks will not resolve the issue. the picks are SHARP And stiff . I’d like the old model back. I’d like to exchange these sandals for the older model. Nothing was wrong before.you can tell these adisage sliders were cheaply made. We want the old make and model that was gentler,flexible,and comfy.

I bought 3 pairs of these for myself, wife and daughter. This new product is different form the previous ones we owned. The slides appear to be much longer and the massage nubs on the foot-bed are shorter, fewer and not structured/placed to wrap around the feet. The previous design was also more sturdier than these. The massage feel on the previous design was much better and comforting than these. You can continue to make these, but please bring back the previous design so some of us have the option to buy that instead. I will search for our sizes in the previous design and when I find it somewhere, I'll be returning these. Thank you!

Great quality and affordable super comfortable say less

I have purchased Adissage slides for more than 15 years. The new redesign is not comfortable. The women’s cut has been made wider like the men’s style. I had to exchange for a size smaller because of how wide they are now. They seem to be unisex slides. The band does not cover as much of the foot from toe to arch like the previous models did and it rubs in the upper arch of my foot —even with readjusting the band because comparable to previous models, the band is not as long. The foot pad is flat unlike how they used to have a bit of an arch to mold to the foot. Overall, seems like cheap material and design. Won’t buy anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing adisage slides for years, always bought a new one whenever it wore out or if my dog tore it up lol! They’re great comfortable slippers and they massage the bottom of my feet when I walk, only suggestion is like to make is to bring back the old adisage slides with that had the round stuff separated and really sticking out, this new one is not really it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still comfortable when I got the first pair that was changed from the old adisage slides, I thought this new pair was inferior because it really did feel inferior compared to the old type of adisage slides. The old one felt a lot more durable than this new type.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spatial arrangement of the nubs and the strategically placed heel pad make for a wonderfully comforting pair of massage slides. These will work well for sports requiring extensive footwork like tennis. If you want a little wiggle room, get your normal shoe size, but if not, size down one. It seems that the more you spend on the adidas slide line, the more perks that come with them. These adissage slides come with an adjustable strap, whereas my adilette slides do not (and are slightly lower in cost). My recommendation: get a pair of both; the adilette for general comfort, the adissage for targeted pressure point relief.

These are a redesign of the original. You can easily spot the difference if the Adidas logo at the heel is colored in white -- if it is, it's the original version. The originals had a more durable stiffer material, while these are a softer and more malleable. I've worn the redisgned ones for half a year now, and the spokes/studs have already begun to flatten and warp. I'm a 6' 180lb man, so I don't think I've been putting any excess weight on them and they've already started losing the "-ssage" part of their name. Their only saving grace is they're cheap. If you want an okay pair of slides these will get the job done, but know they probably won't last that long.
