Comfortable, but elastic in tongue area is a bit weak resulting in a feeling of shoe being a bit loose

Does anyone know customer service anymore?
The shoes were exactly what I was looking for, customer service was absolutely terrible. Nobody was there to help me at all nor paid any attention that was even in the store right from the entrance. Need better customer service people.

Best shoe for all-purpose wide fit
I've bought this style exclusively for the past 5 years, it's so good. The fit is excellent, even with no laces, and it's comfortable for all day standing and for a walking commute.
