Fits over orthotics

I have skewfoot - it's a birth defect where the bones in my foot never grew together correctly. It is very hard for me to find good looking and comfortable shoes that fit around my orthotics (plus my feet are 9.5W). The insoles in these can be removed and a pair of orthotics inserted, making it possible for me to walk in them without pain and without pronating. They also, miraculously, look like "normal" shoes. I also appreciate the ease with which I can slip them on and off. These are my new summer go-to slip-ons.

Such a pleasure to slip on and go

Have worn several different versions of this brand over the years but this has to be my absolute favorite! I had worried that the "stiffened" heel which allows it to be a slip-on would somehow make the back of the shoe uncomfortable but it is just the opposite. This is the most comfortable walking shoe own. Bending over to put one's shoes on doesn't seem like a big deal until you don't have to do it and then you realize what a pain it was.

Skechers Can Do Better!

I recently purchased these for a trip because I have had good luck with Skechers being comfortable for me. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that there is a strip of material advertising the "slip on" description sewn into the inside edge of the shoes toward the heel. This stitching rubbed a raw spot on both my inner ankles. One would have to wear ankle-length socks to prevent this--which I do not want to do. Skechers needs to do better!

I love these Sketchers!

I have arthritis issues with my feet and this wide model of Sketchers Women's Slip-ins is comfortable and is working very well for me. I can also fit my prescription orthotics in them which I was skeptical about before buying them. And, of course just stepping into them, is a welcomed bonus. So bottom-line, I am very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend DSW and this product to friends and family.

A True Slip In Shoe!

I am a fan of Skechers…especially the arch fit line. When I saw the slip in option I took a chance and ordered a pair. I was a little skeptical that you could slip into this shoe without the usual struggle. I was wrong!! My foot went straight in and the shoe itself is very comfortable. I liked it so much I ordered another pair in the taupe color! So happy with my purchase!

Super comfy and easy peasy to slip in…

Love these. Bought a pair for my mom who has very significant health issues as I just wanted her to have something easy to put on yet supportive and comfy. I tried some in my own size to see how easy it was to “slip in”….I bought a pair for myself and then went to men’s section to find some for him. High marks from all. Love these for everyday wear.
