Good but peeled strap

They are comfortable shoes. But the strap got peeled off and i have to return them. Too bad. I like the design though.

They seem to be fairly good shoes, but one of the little hearts on the strap must have fallen off between picking them off the shelf and putting them in the box. It was nowhere to be seen when we got home.
