Cute boot, runs WAY small

I can't speak to the longevity of these boots as they don't fit, but they are cute and seem sturdy.
So BEWARE - my daughter is size 2.5 so I got size 3 in store. They looked small but I brought them home anyway and confirmed they are about the size of her old size 1 shoes.
So I ordered size 4 online (the biggest size available) which took a looong time to arrive from the east coast. And low and behold, they might actually be smaller than her old size 2 boots which hurt her feet.
So basically these boots fit 2/2.5 sizes smaller than labeled. I'm disappointed I can't get these in a size that fit a size 2.5/3 foot

The rain boots fit smaller then normal top part of boot cut into the ankle leaving a red nark

Youth short rainboots

My daughter had her daughters at the store looking for rainboots. They didnt have her size. My 9 yr old granddaughter did not want the usual high kids boots. I tool her back and we found these low rain boots. She absolutely loves them. Ladies even remembered the girls
