Not a true narrow.

I find many medium width loafers fit too wide for me. This loafer was listed as narrow so I ordered them. The loafers were a little narrow in the toes but the toe area felt fine after walking around the house for a few minutes. Unfortunately, they were too wide in the heels and my feet came right out of the shoes. I returned them. I feel they were only narrow in the toes. These loafers look nice, seem comfortable and are leather.
