These boots fit my feet great, are true to size and generally very comfortable. One issue is that the top of the boot ever so slightly curls inward and will cause friction burn on your shins. I didn't realize how bad it could get until I had worn them out a few times so I didn't return them. I did find, however, that if you wear snug knee high socks that could help the boot from rubbing on your skin. So, in conclusion, as long as you wear these boots with snug knee high socks they are great. They definitely keep your feet warm and dry. But if you don't wear them with snug knee high socks you'll have friction burn on your shins all season.

I spotted these boots a few months ago as we were headed into Fall. We are in Canada and have two labs that we take on daily forest walks. I needed footwear that was rugged enough to handle the rain, snow, mud and slush. My husband finally ordered them for me and they arrived yesterday and it was a perfect day to test them out. We had 15 cm of snow followed by rain! These boots were amazing. My feet were so warm. I have large calves and this is a perfect fit. I am a size 7 but sized up to ensure my calves and wide feet were comfy. Best purchase! Hubby is now contaplating getting a pair himself!

I purchased these to replace an older, worn out pair of Mucks that I relied on almost daily 3 seasons a year. I am sorry I didn’t get these sooner! They keep my feet warmer than any other boot I have, even in deep snow. They accommodate my boot heaters for the extreme days when temps are well below zero. I have foot issues that require specialty insoles and they fit in these boots without causing it to be too tight. They’re completely waterproof. My feet are warm and dry after slogging through cold mud, slush, snow, and water. As an added bonus, the maroon color is quite pretty. Love them!

I was in the U.P. for 10 days when the snow arrived on wet mud and my B*g* showed me that they weren't waterproof. So I went to the nearest store that had Muck Boots and purchased these because they were the only one, of two, that had my size (6, I'm a 5 1/2). These fit fairly snug, kept my feet dry and gripped the snow/mud/ice fairly well. However, they are not very warm at 29 degrees. You need warm socks and toe warmers. The "fleece lining" is very thin but the soles being thicker allows distance from the cold ground to your feet. They are a bit clunky to walk in but not uncomfortably so. So, if traction is important to you, these are good for that. If warmth is your priority, look at something else.

Don't buy these if youre planning on using them for farm chores... I bought these a year ago and the bottom of both boots has already blown completely out. 5 stars for comfort, 4 stars for traction in the snow/ice, 1 star for warmth & insulation (even with wool socks these don't keep your feet warm when its 15F outside), 1 star for not being waterproof after the bottoms completely ripped off, 1 star for durability... and because they arent durable, 1 star for the price. Hoping that Boggs will be a more solid choice and will last longer than a single winter on the farm

I bought these boots a few years ago and really got my money's worth out of them. I work on a farm and it is very cold and muddy in the winter months. These boots kept my feet warm and dry. I'm able to wear wool socks and have my feet still fit in my normal size. After a few years the soles started to split from the boot and so this year I ordered another pair. I would say the sole splitting is normal for the amount of use I got out of these boots. Also super comfortable and easy to walk in, could wear them all day and I usually do!

I received these as a gift for hunting boots. I am very cold natured so I needed something to keep my feet warm and also dry. I'm also short so the shorter boot is perfect. My feet have yet to be cold sitting in the stand or walking. and when in cold water, I cannot feel the cold water. I would recommended these if you like to keep your feet warm and dry. Two thumbs up from me.

I purchased these boots to keep my feet warm and dry while at internships with my students. I live in NY, currently the temps are in the 30’s. I’m outside going between barns for only 1.5 hours and my feet are always cold. I’ve tried wearing several brands of high quality wool and moisture wicking socks.
