Skechers Men's Diameter Nerves Slip-On Loafer

Since Aldo stopped making this style of shoe I’ve been wearing these sketchers. Comfy, casual, easy on and off, durable, fit great for a thin foot. I’m tall so I appreciate the thin, but comfy sole. I’m a carpenter and WETT inspector. I wear them quite often instead of my work boots because they are light and easy to slip on and off. They do wear out in 9 months when wearing them as casual and work shoes... I imagine if I maintained them and oiled them when new the water, snow, and ice wouldn’t be so hard on them! :p I’ve had at least 5 pairs of not more. I highly recommend them!

I was in search of a new office work/casual shoe so I chose these as I knew sketchers were an outstanding brand known for comfort and quality. So far these have been a great everyday shoe to wear, not too hot to wear all day. I wish there was a little more cushion on the bottom but overall a great pick.

The store had my size. I walked the aisle with the shoes. They felt comfortable at the toes. I knew they had to be broken in for a few days of walking. There was a small mark on the toe. I asked one of the customer service ladies to see if they were able to remove the mark. She used two types of products. One was a sponge from the parts drawer. The other was a fresh $10 tube of black polish from the shelf. She removed the mark and put the polish in the shoe box. She never charged me for the polish. I bought the shoes and have worn them for a week and love them.

This is my second pair of these leather shoes. I love the style, the blended browns, and the comfort. However, disappointingly, the right appears to be bigger than the left. I have applied a spacer in the heel, but I expect i will have to apply a second spacer to prevent continual slipping. Unless my right foot has shrunk in the past year, then I fear there is a flaw in the sizing of the shoe. I have worn them for 2 weeks, so I expect return is not an option. This is more disappointing in that i am a longtime fan of Skechers.

I bought my hubby 3 pairs of shoes for Christmas this year...this one included. I wasn’t sure if this would be too trendy looking for him based on the photos online but when they arrived, these became my favourite. He says that they are super comfortable but he doesn’t really wear them much as he finds them really dressy - a bit too dressy for running out to the grocery store. But, These are definitely a keeper!!!

Incredibly comfortable after initial break in period (2-5 days). I wear these at work where I typically do 10-15k steps a day. They're comfortable and supportive. I liked them so much I bought a second pair to wear out die of work. Awesome shoe would buy again. They do run small, I usually take a 12 but bought a 13 and they were very tight during break in period, but are now really comfortable.

Good shoe. Recommended for when the situation demands lot of walking/standing. However, for long periods of sitting, e.g., driving, or in a long haul flights, I find that the memory foam pushes to return to its original position, and makes the shoe feel tight. Very tight. So much so that you either have to take the show off, or stand for a few minutes to push back the memory foam insole.

This is my second pair - I was really pleased to see they still had this shoe, which seems a rare thing, because the previous ones are still holding up pretty nicely and feel great for my daily shoe. I am a teacher and I'm on my feet all day but I like to dress up around the business casual level and these tie in great but feel really good and help me keep up with the kiddos.
