Disappointed for the price

Love the wide size because it's one of the few shoes that fit but sorry Merrell this shoes stink. The bottom of the shoes are completely worn out after a few months of use. I'm talking the entire bottom of the shoes are coming apart -ans to my surprise this part of the shoe is totally hollow. I pulled rocks out of the holes in areas where the shoe came apart. I've loved Merrell shoes for my kids but these are just not cutting it on quality

Our grandsons had great footing as they embarked on their first hikes on a family trip to Stowe VT. They were thrilled to 'look the part' in their hiking shoes too!
