Fantastic and comfortable. I can't speak to longevity as I have only had them a few weeks. I bought them for a wedding and spent 8 hours in them and walked several miles doing wedding events pictures etc. Super comfortable especially considering I didn't have any break-in time. I bought them and just wore them. One of the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever purchased
