Although I love the color of these boots, (tan) , the fit and comfort I was so dismayed that after wearing the boots only twice the covering on the heels is peeling off.

Heel colour rubbed off within 2 hours of wearing

I wore them out for a 2 hour shopping trip and the heel colour has already worn off. Listen to the reviews about this shoe, I wish I had. Poorly and cheaply made shoes.

Poor quality, good customer service experience

I bought these shoes on January 26 and used the next day to go to the office and attend a conference in a hotel. All day I walk on carpet except for the couple minutes on the hotel parking lot. At the end of the day almost half of the outsole and heal paint was gone. The only good thing was that the lady attending the store at the time I request a refund, was very kind and made the arrangements to get the refund. Hopefully the Shoe Company can discuss this with the manufacturer.
