Look deceiving

Look deceiving. Seemed comfy at first try on but after wearing them on my first walk my feet killed me. Not supportive at all. Should have stuck with the brand I know work for my feet.

Comfortable!

Great shoes! Very comfy. I got these shoes because my old HOKA’s ones were wearing out and giving me blisters. I tried these on and was pleasantly surprised by how comfy they were. There was no period where it felt like I had to break them in at all. I went on an 5k run on the treadmill the first time I put them on. No blisters, no issues, no discomfort. Very lightweight and does what I need them to do. Less padding and less ‘bouncy’ than my HOKA’s (especially on the soles) but I prefer it that way as I felt that the padding in my old running shoes was too much for my liking and ended up giving me blisters from the start. Overall great shoes. I love running with them

Very comfortable, wore out quickly

I am giving these shoes a 3 because they have a few nice features about them, but a few not so nice either. They are very comfortable for starters, but yes the laces are very cheaply made. And although they are comfortable I wore them to work for like 3 weeks ( 3 12h shifts a week) and the support/sole of the shoes have worn down so much in only 3 weeks that they are starting to hurt my feet terribly again. The once very bouncy and reactive soles of the shoes now are majorly worn down and have lost all their bounce! But I decided to give it 3 stars because maybe they would be better to use for something other than work where I’m standing on my feet all night.

They do run small

TLDR: try these on in store if you can because the sizing is weird. I have to agree with the other reviewers that these run a little short. I wear a size 9 in most shoes (most recently, Brooks Adrenaline and Ghost, and Vans). I tried these in a 9 wide, and j think they were a little too wide but were still tight around my toes. My big toe was feeling squished from the top of the shoe. I think going up 1/2 a size and not getting wide would have been better for me. I also think I gotten used to a little more padding so I didn't find these comfortable enough for fast walking and running, but regular daily wear/slower casual walking is probably really comfortable.

Great show, AWFUL SHOELACES

The shoe itself is very comfortable and light. I can wear them for hours with no pain. The issue for me is the cheap shoe laces. They're made of synthetic fiber and I feel like I'm going to snap them whenever I tie my shoes. Not only that, but they are constantly coming untied when I'm out walking, but when ever I come home and want to untie them, they tangle themselves into a tight knot that takes minutes to unravel. The shoes are great, but if you buy them, do yourself a favor and immediately replace the laces with some better quality ones. Or better yet, New Balance, do some R & D into shoelaces that aren't so awful.

Comfortable and bouncy

I have older pairs of these shoes in different colors, and wondered if there would be any changes in this newer pair. Thankfully, they are as comfortable as expected. I ordered up one size, as they are a bit narrow for me. If your foot is not wide, your regular size should do. I sprayed waterproof on them, and the white trim always looks new. I also use a heal cup because of foot issues, so this gives an already-comfortable platform a little extra bounce. The only complaint I have about these shoes are that the laces are way too long in every pair I own. Short of buying new laces, or trying a fancy technique, they are hard to keep tied. Otherwise, these are excellent.

Comfortable shoes!

I really like these shoes. Size 6.5 and they fit just perfect. I like to keep them tied and just slide my foot inside my shoes. This is a little hard to do with these shoes but I still love them. I bought them and walked all day in Vegas and they were so comfortable. My feet did not hurt at all and I didn’t get any blisters from them. They are not heavy either. They are pretty light shoe.My last pair was also new balance but I wore them out. I have some Nike shoes also but I prefer these over my Nike. I would definitely recommend. Hopefully they will last me for a while like my other pair.

Meh- just ok

I fully expected these to have the same amount of cushion as the other "Fresh Foam" family members but to my surprise they do not. Working in the hospital I am constantly walking- I chose Fresh Foam because my previous 2 pair made me feel like I was walking on clouds- no back pain no foot pain. This pair I feel all the pains at the end of my shift. On a positive note, they are light weight and my toes fit comfortably, as far as pressure relief I get very little. Quality of the shoe excellent, price excellent, color and shoestrings excellent! I'd buy them again but not to wear everyday.
