Big Shoes to Fill

I bought these shoes online and had them delivered to the store. I am a size 9.5 or 10. I purchased size 10. They where a big fit but they also are the biggest pair of running shoes I have ever seen. They look like a men's size 13. I was shocked and disappointed. They are also very plastic looking and not made out of comfortable running shoe material. The picture on the website is misleading!
