Staff were rude and unfriendly

My child wore these shoes for 4 months and the stitching on the Velcro closure came completely undone. They were not worn every day and she (4 years old) has never worn out a pair of shoes before.
The ‘supervisor’ Ram told me they could not do anything. I’d already called sketchers and they have a good policy in place. I asked her for a letter to give to sketchers w her name on it so that they would send me a new pair.
She went into the back and left me out front for 15 minutes and returned to say she talked to her manager and they would give me another pair of shoes. While she was there she also took her nametag off. When I asked why she lied and said the name tag didn’t have her correct name.
Shady, rude behaviour.
I will never shop here again.

Daughter Loves These

I purchased these for my toddler and she loves that they are light up unicorn shoes!! I like that sketchers shoes have good support for kids. I also really like that the shoe box it came in doubles as a coloring activity. My daughter really enjoyed coloring in the picture on the shoe box!!

Daughter loves her light up shoes!

Bought my daughter these and she absolutely loves them. She loves pink and unicorns plus these light up so she was very happy. She says they’re comfortable and they’re also very easy to get on. She’s almost 5 and these have been great for JK as her outdoor shoes.

My daughter loves these. Refused to try on any others once she saw these. Fit well. Seems to be good quality so far. Lights are pretty and fun. The soles are very thick, which is expected with light up ones. Just wouldn’t recommended for newer walkers/toddlers

Great Fitting Shoes

Perfect fit for our 4 year old. She picked them out herself and was determined those where the ones. So I was hoping they would be comfortable and that wearing them wouldn’t wear them out too fast. So far so good.

Light-up Unicorn

My daughter loves the lights on these shoes and was excited to show them to her friends. They were the perfect fit for her, easy for her to put on and take off by herself and great as her indoor class shoe.
