Ideal for conquering trail hikes and everyday wear, these women’s Merrell Speed Strike 2 canton hiking sneakers are design to keep you supported and protected from the elements. Made of synthetic and breathable mesh upper, these athletic shoes have a secure lace-up closure with recycled laces and webbing, and a comfy EVA midsole. The recycled mesh lining and 50% recycled mesh footbed cover provide sustainable comfort, while the 50% recycled removable EVA foam footbed offers long-lasting comfort. A rubber outsole ensures a good grip no matter how rugged the terrain gets.

I like these hiking shoes

I like these shoes. They have great grip and are very stylish. I get lots of complements on them. I wore them for the first time on a 13 km hike up a mountain. No blisters or areas of concern other than the fact that they are bigger in the toe area than I would like. My toe we’re able to move around a great deal and I’d prefer something a little more snug.

Love the shoe very comfortable but one down fall the shoes make a squishy sound when u walk mite be the kind of tread on the bottom it’s kinda annoying but comfy on the foot 🤷♀️would like a better color selection and more selection in my size to choose from

Bought these shoes 3 weeks ago and have worn them only a handful of times, bought the protector for them too and sprayed and made sure it was fully dry before wear and there is a part on the ankle support that is disintegrating. It was only on one shoe at first and now it is on both shoes. Not sure why this is happening but I’m really disappointed in $130 pair of shoes that I also bought a protectant for and they’re still falling apart already

Amazing! I bought these for a hiking trip to Banff/Glacier National Park where I hiked 60 miles in 7 days without even breaking the shoes in and I had no blisters. My husband bought expensive hiking shoes and my Merrells did just as great at half the cost. I still can’t believe how comfortable they were. For me, they were perfect!

I am new at wearing proper footwear on my walks, so these were my first attempt to find something stable/cute/comfortable. They mostly fit the bill, but give some foot pain for sure. That could be my foot's own issue. They're maybe a bit stiffer than I need.
Pretty comfy out of the box and definitely have gotten compliments.

Great trail walking shoe/sneaker. Firmer tread than a typical sneaker. Good support but still I use orthotic insoles as I have plantar fasciitis and use orthotics in everything. I take a size 8 or 8.5, and for the Speed strike 2 the 8 fits really well.

these shoes are a perfect fit for a wider foot. Very comfortable. Sturdy construction. No need to break them in comfortable from the first try on. Love the colour. Liked them so much bought a second pair in grey
