comfortable

I bought these shoes about 2 months ago and haven't worn them much, yet, but I do like them a lot. They are very comfortable and I love the color (gray with teal highlights). The only complaint I have about them is that the stitching is coming undone on one of the shoes. I haven't tried to exchange them, yet, so don't know if they will let me exchange them for for a pair just like them. I have another pair of Keens that I have had for 6 or more years and, except for some wear and tear, they are holding up very well with no signs of the stitching coming undone.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Light, sturdy, not as wearable

I big these a account a month ago to replace a pair I'd had for about a decade. I had only lightly worn the other pair, and had started to wear them more with water activities and hiking but the glue had aged out on the strapping. These are much lighter than the first pair I'd had and I thought they'd do well. They are great if I'm not actually walking any real distance in them. Riding bicycles, fishing, kayaking, yes. Walking any period, not so much. Not sure what it is; my feet are sensitive anyway, but these seem to make my feet hurt worse. Bummer.

Whisper Arch support less than in the past

I am a very long time Keen customer. I have been wearing Keen women's sandals size 10.5 for at least 15 yrs, the first 5 or so were Newports and I have been buying at least one pair of Whisper's every year since. I was disappointed in my last year's Whisper (red color) because the arch support seemed less than usual. I thought it might be an anomaly but I just bought another pair and it is the same deal. So sad, these were perfect. I tried the Astoria a while back but the huge sole seemed excessive. Bring back the arch support PLEASE?!

Wonderful Shoes!

I love these shoes. I’ve warn them almost every day since I got them, which had been about a week now. They fit true to size and the toe box is perfect for me, the front part of my foot does not move around because they are not too wide. Ither shoes I’ve tried have been too wide and when I tighten them I get puckers because there is too much to pull together. They are snug on my foot but go on and come off easily. I feel secure enough in them to go hiking/ although I do t do real strenuous hiking. But I think they’d be good for that too. I got the blue /gray ones which I’m very happy with. They are stretchy enough but not overly so. I can’t say enough about them and Keen is a good brand. I’ve been looking for something like these and thankful I found them.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Too wide and terribly uncomfortable

So disappointed. Have a pair of Whispers from 5 or so years ago that I love and have worn out. Was so excited for a new pair only to find that they are now awful for my size 10 narrower width feet. They are so wide that the side straps don’t even touch the tops of my feet. When I tighten them down, they become bunchy and rub unevenly. The back strap is too high and also rubs uncomfortably. The materials seem much cheaper overall than my older pair. Just completely unwearable for me. Grateful I could return them.

My friend didn't lie, these are great!

I was considering hiking boots for the time I've been spending in the midwest, closer to nature. (They aren't really needed in NYC.) After asking an adventurous friend, she said she gets much more mileage out of these and I'm so glad I bought them. They're comfortable and didn't require a break-in, although she recommends wearing around the house a few days. Loved how I could wear them along the Michigan coast and they'd easily rinse and airdry between destinations.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Not the same as my old ones

Bought identical Keens in 2016. These new ones are most sturdy but not as flexible and harder to get your foot into. Also there is grooving etched into the footbed which is kind of annoying when you are barefoot. These are also wider on the sole, which I noticed as I bike a lot in these and they do not fit the same way as my old Keens do. Likely I will use these for walking and keep my old ones for biking. Would return them but I got them on sale.

So comfortable

I love these. I’ve had them about two months now maybe and wear them for most outdoor activities, like walking the dogs or trails. They’re easy to put on and comfortable no matter what I’m doing. They’re not sexy by any means, haha, but they definitely get the job done. They’re also a little wide in the toe box for my slender feet but I like having room in my shoes so I’d consider that a positive.
