Reebok Women's Walk Ultra 7.0 DMX Max Sneaker

I've bought Reebok for many, many years because they've always had a good arch support and I never had to buy a wide width. I work in retail and am on my feet for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and these shoes are perfect for someone that is on their feet all day long. The DMX has always been a very good shoe for comfort, width, and arch support for me; and I can be on my feet all day long without hurting like with so many other shoes. If anyone says otherwise, they need to rethink it. I've tried the classic styles and just hate them because they're too tight and they have no arch support whatsoever. I will stay with the DMX forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These run true to size, so I bought my normal size which can't be done with every brand. They felt a little snug at first, but being leather, they began to stretch after the 2-3 time wearing and feel perfect by the 4th time. There's a moving cushion of air in the sole! Caught me by surprise as I wasn't expecting anything special. I'm using them to walk on a treadmill at the gym. I have no sore knees or ankles like with my other NB shoes. I had come to believe it was just a by product of walking due to my weight - between 250-300 lbs, but it wasn't. These shoes showed me the truth. Now I've lost some weight already, too, and walking longer periods with higher speeds is pain-free!

I suffer from neuropathy caused by covid. I know these aren't neuropathy shoes... but I've started going to the gym and wanted something kinder to my feet. When I got these shoes I felt the memory foam and was immediately disappointed. I wondered what a thin little insert could possibly do to help me. I laced them up and put them on. Perfect size and fit. I stood up and was blown away by the actual sole of this shoe! Amazing! After a day of work in these shoes my feet aren't burning nearly as bad. They are hot (not much air flow/breathability) but for day one I am very happy!

These shoes are so comfortable, like walking on clouds, even after a full day of walking while traveling. They’re kind of plain, but I actually prefer that, because I can wear them with anything, especially since I got mine in black. They seem to of the same high quality as my past pairs of Reebok, so hopefully they will last as long as my previous ones. Sometimes it’s worth paying more to get good quality and it really doesn’t end up be more expensive in the long run, because they last longer, so they’re more cost effective, even though you initially pay more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I wear is Reebok, and all are DMX walking shoes. I used to be on my feet all day with work, now I'm 65, retired and so shoes last awhile. This pair is TERRIBLE. Sandal wearer as long as weather permits, but now since it's back to shoes, and getting ready for a fun trip with lots of walking..... you will be able to hear my coming up the street!!! NEVER EVER had a pair of shoes that squeak, and Lord help ya, if you are walking in a quiet place because every head turns to stare. WHAT'S UP REEBOK?? THEY SQUEAK!!!! NOT JUST ONE BUT BOTH, SO EMBARISSING!!!!

I have been looking for a sturdy leather walking shoe. My big toes tend to poke through the fabric mesh shoe uppers, so I was looking for a leather toe cap, thinking leather would be more durable. At first they were very comfortable with great heel cushion and padded soles, then my right baby toe got irritated by the stiff seam from the toe cap! I glued in gel pads on the inside of both shoes. On the second walk, my right ankle was hurting from the stiff ridge cradling the ankle. I had to cut the leather down so it wouldn’t hurt. I should have gotten white leather shoes for summer. The black leather gets very warm (and it’s only March!). I felt the difference from the light weight mesh fabric shoes. Still looking for the perfect walking shoe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've worn the DMX style for many, many years! They've always fit me like they were made for my foot specifically!! The support, cushion, and "spring" in each step was what my varicose veins needed in order to walk 2+ miles a day. I get new walking shoes every 6 months or so. These new DMX don't offer the support and cushion that I'm used too! In fact they don't feel any better than my 6 month old shoes! I can feel the ground through the shoe with each step. There's no cush or spring! I guess I'll have to find some sport insoles to make these work. I'm so disappointed. These are NOT the usual standard DMX walking shoe, that's for sure! I guess I'll be on a quest to find a new shoe that offers the support and cushion I need in an insole!

I I am impressed with this product overall... however...the footprint/arch - are lacking. I purchased the same basis product before these and they came with an insert that finished the fit. Have tried to comment and/or ask if you folks still have inserts --- as the current base isn't as supportive as I'd like... the rest is a great build tennie that looks good and walks nicely -- squeeks now and then... but hope it will relax because I like the rest of the fit, color and expect it to as long lasting (6 years) as past pairs.... sc
