Better than expected!

I needed a classic brown pump for a themed dinner. These are really very nice. Even nicer in person. They have a padded toe and heel. Surprisingly comfortable. I was so thrown by the difference of opinions in fit. I have narrow feet and I am a size 9. These fit perfectly. I cont quite understand those that say they are too big. I can see how they would be too small for someone with wider feet. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a classic pump.

Jan. 2026 I bought both the black patent and recently the Leopard print. Very nice shoes and comfortable. I wear closer to a 10.5, so I buy size 11 and fill the toes with cotton to make it a 10.5. In size 11, the heels are 4 1/2". Very well made and stylish. I am a mature crossdresser. Very particular about my heels. I may buy the wine next. Great price for the shoes.

Very cute shoes but run larger than my normal size

I loved how this looked on line and in person. Very stylish with nice cushioning under ball of foot. However, they run much larger than my normal size. I bought a size 6 and 6.5 just to be safe because I normally wear a size 6 but both of these are larger than my foot and I couldn't walk without stepping out of shoes. They do not come in a size 5.5 so disappointing.

amazing heels!

Bought it online few days ago. Arrived next day. Got size 10, I'm wearing between 9-10 in different models. and will choose to put cotton in front, if it's too big. to that high heel, they are very comfy. (again if you are not new to the heels) Feet and legs in this model looks super sexy. Good quality, love them!

Yalda pump

The yalda pump was Great! I had purchased them the day I had a wedding to attend and they did not disappoint and beat the test! A little bit of a light workout moving chairs to the side and even still there was no blisters and no pain, easy to walk in and the best part is I was complimented on them all night long.

Fell in love with these online. Ordered the animal print Of course without trying them on. These are very comfortable true to size and I got so many compliments. I wore them for several hours without needed to take them off even when I got in the car to go home they stayed on my feet. I would buy other colors

Employee used wrong solution on patent shoes

The shoe looked TERRIBLE. I confirmed with the store manager that an employee used a alcohol wipe to wipe off the patent shoe. This left a disgusting looking residue on the shoe. I had to return it as soon as I picked it up. My question is why would DSW even atempt to sell me these shoes looking like that?!

“Like no other”

Every now and then shoe Company brings into their store that one and only amazing shoe or boot unlike any other. That’s just how I felt purchasing my shoes. Love them and look forward to wearing them to accent any outfit I’m wearing.
