Bogs Women's Sweetpea Wide Width Rain Boot

I have foot a little more wide than average people most regular choose fit very well (converse, hunter, birkenstock, vans...) some are tight like toms... when shopping for rain boots I discover that most of them are slim... I was happy that bogs make wider ones... i didn't try de regular version... but i'm a little tight in the wide version... but the material is soft and flexible so it's ok. Very comfy! Would have love them a little bit more wide... but it's okay. I will buy again.

I purchased these to walk the dog no matter the Texas weather. They have been an amazing footwear work horse! Slip on quick for puppy emergencies, comfortable for longer strolls and absolutely weather proof. I even wore these in sleet last week. Decent traction! I bought the wide to accommodate extra socks and I am glad I did, even stockless they don't feel too wide. I have a shorter rounded foot with a high instep so my foot doesn't always go into a slip on. These are perfect.

I bought these for an all purpose shoes for spring and fall in Wisconsin. It's still chilly and very wet and muddy. I've worn these all day long and still found them comfy and they provided good support. They're all very easy to get on and off. I've worn these while chasing my toddlers. I've worn them for long walks and while gardening. I also like them as an everyday casual shoe. I highly recommend these as a cute and all purpose shoes!

I have a slightly wide foot and if available I will try on a wide boot/shoe. The sweetpea is meant for a B width on the narrow side. I called bogs to ask about the width before ordering and was told the ladies wide width was an E. I probably should have returned the B width boots but was leaving on vacation and needed a rain boot. The boots are very snug with a crew sock. The boots are waterproof but not that comfortable

I ordered a 7 wide width. It fits true to size for the length and width and fits my E size feet but ankles are too wide for average size ankles (I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs. with wide feet but average ankles). The removable insole allows for orthopedic insoles to be added. Unfortunately the sole of this boot lacks support and is too flexible, the ankle is too wide and my heel slips out so they aren't great for those with Morton's neuroma which requires structure/stability. Removing the cushioned insole to add insoles results in less comfort and cushioning under the insole (in the plus it provides a wide toe box). However they would be good for people with wide feet and wide ankles who can wear flexible soles. It would help if they added an optional thinner flat cushioned insole to go under an orthopedic insert. The insole provided is too thick to put an insert on top.

I originally ordered the regular width in my normal size 10. I'm a true size 10. I found the regular width to be way too narrow and the size 10 to be slightly big. I re ordered a size 9 in wide width and they were perfect. I'm so happy I did. They are perfect for slipping on to head outside in mucky spring weather. I've never had to order a wide width so not sure if they would work for people who usually wear wide.

Replaced a discontinued BOGS boot that I wore out with this one. I use it daily at our small farm and garden. It fits larger than the sizing so I have to wear heavy socks even in the heat of summer. The boot looks smaller but fits bigger. The length is right so I can't drop a size to fix the problem. A loose floppy boot affects my gate and is bothering my hips. I need to find the right combination of inserts.
