Disappointing

they felt warm and soft inside but the edges around the shoe are really hard and gave me blisters on the back of my heel. So disappointing ... kind of comfy inside, but so painful to wear!

Sizing is an issue

These shoes are a great shoe with a really lovely style. They look as nice with dresses as they do with jeans. The reason I’m giving them only three stars is because I bought three pairs last year and two pairs this year and the sizing is so inconsistent it is unbelievable. The sizing is something Naturalizer needs to address. Maybe each colour is being manufactured in a different plant but I don’t care a size 7 should be a size 7 off of every assembly line I also wish it were easier To shop for the shoes in retail stores. Because of their sizing issues, it’s nearly impossible to have a satisfactory transition with online purchases

I purchased these shoes because when I tried them on in store they were comfortable and did not hurt any part of my foot.
I wore them to a graduation a lot walking to and from many buildings and they rubbed my ankles, baby toes and back of heel so much I have blood in and back of shoe.
Tried moleskin for rubbing and bandaids nothing worked can’t wear my sneaks till all the blisters are gone.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SHOES
If they would wear as good as they looked I would have a better rating but now just in pain from blisters

So comfy they may get stolen

These are so comfortable and cute. Perfect for running around my office. I needed shoes that were office appropriate, chic enough to work with my work dresses and still comfortable enough that I can easily walk around a university campus in them. The only downside is that they're so comfortable now my mom wants to steal my shoes!

Shaped for regular/narrow feet

My feet are wide (around D) and a bit chunky. I couldn't get my foot in. Although it may have a bit more room than regular width, the design of the shoe is not for wider feet. I didn't want to give a bad rating as they seem of good quality, they look nice, but since they were advertised as wide, I couldn't go higher. Had to return unfortunately.

Nice casual shoe but a bit tight at instep

Nice casual shoe - I am still not sure I will be able to wear this shoe - I have to take it in to have the instep adjusted - it seems tight on the top of my foot - I think a cut and an elastic gusset might make this very comfortable. If you have a high instep or a bit thicker foot it may not be the shoe for you
