Needed a pair of dress shoes for some holiday functions. I was at the Skyview Shoe Company when the associate asked me if I needed help and I said yes, do I ever! I told her I wanted a pair of heels that I could wear with my dresses that was nice but comfortable. She told me she recommended these as she purchased them and wore them to a wedding, finding them quite comfortable. So I bought and wore them within the week and for the most part they were comfortable, but because I was standing quite a bit through out the evening I found my toes a bit pinched. They are very pretty and cushiony and hoping they get a bit more comfy. Price point was fantastic.

I only wore them 2-3 hours, and they ripped on the inside and gave my baby toe a blister.

I ordered these online and when they arrived the box was broken and messed up, I didn’t care as long as the shoes were fine… they weren’t, one of the soles were detached, and one of the pumps had a nasty scratch and scuff on them. I was even more disappointed when I tried them on anyways and felt like I was walking on clouds, super comfortable. Literally ruined my whole day because I couldn’t reorder them to receive before Christmas Eve. DSW do better with packaging and with inspecting your shoes before sending them off to the customer.

I was in a hurry for a dress shoe for a wedding reception and wanted a classic pump or sling-back that would work with both dressy outfits and jeans. I bought this shoe in both nude and black patent. I wore the black patent for about three hours: a lot of standing, a little walking, sitting, and dancing. I'm not sure how other reviewers can say this is a very comfortable shoe. My feet were killing me after about an hour and half. Heel height was perfect; the problem was in the pointed toe and and ball of my foot. I refuse to give up heels altogether, but maybe I just have to learn to walk in platform pumps. I returned the nude pair and will try memory foam padding in the ball of the foot in the black patent. They do look so very sharp, though! Elegant, classy, and sexy!

I will say its okay but I didn't like the leather, it was just too hard and uncomfortable for me, so I returned it. In terms of fit and true to size, yes that's good.

They came on time. They fit as expected and is comfortable all day. I will definitely be ordering more shoes from this brand
