Odor Problem, NB will not support

We were very excited about these shoes, but they rapidly (within days) developed a strange odor. We haven't had this problem with other shoes, so I assume there was a problem with the materials. The store we purchased them from will not support the product, and New Balance decided there wasn't a defect in manufacturing according to the photos I sent. So I am very disappointed in the product and overall experience, and I am out a lot of money.

Great for Motor skill issues

Great shoes. Second pair. My kids have some fine motor skill issues that make tying laces difficult and this makes it way easier for them to have independence and autonomy. But the back pull loop has already shredded on one of the shoes and he has only worn is one week. Otherwise he loves them. I’m disappointed in the quality of the loop but his first pair was fine. For being so expensive I would want the loops to last longer.

These are awesome shoes. They look good. They're super comfortable. Most of all...the click wheel is for real. It's not just a gimmick. It's fun, easy to use, and it just works. No laces. Nothing to tie or untie. Nothing to come undone. Simple, sleek, satisfying. I hope New Balance continues to put out these remarkable shoes forever.

The yellow back tag shredded off both shoes within days and exposed the rear seams - we had had 5+ variations of this shoe in the last year or two and these are much poorer quality
